ESSENTIAL MIKE BERNARD RI THE ARTIST'S EYE Saturday 17 April to Friday 30 April OPEN EVERY DAY In the twenty years we have exhibited Mike Bernard's paintings the enduring nature of his popularity has made him consistently one of Marine House at Beer's leading artists. This solo show of 40 new works simply reinforces the appeal of his unique collage style. He has revisited locations he finds special, the coastal villages of East Devon, Italy (in particular Venice) and London, the source of his earliest inspiration. You could have a room full of Mike's studies of Beer on the Jurassic Coast. The variety of angles, perspective and light, quite different in each composition, would make a stunning grouping! This exhibition is fortuitously timed just as the gallery is permitted to reopen. Do visit, as nothing can substitute for the impact of 40 top paintings presented 'in the flesh'. Works are for sale now and a full colour catalogue is available free of charge, as well as an invitation to the opening on Saturday 17 April when Mike will be present.
